My fitness journey began where many others did: in the uncertainty of post-COVID life. Like countless people, I turned to working out as a way to rebuild strength—not just physically, but mentally. What started as a personal challenge soon became a passion. I fell in love with bodybuilding, not just for the way it transformed my body, but for the discipline, confidence, and clarity it brought to my life.
But I wanted more than just personal growth—I wanted to understand the science behind it. That drive led me to Alabama University’s Kinesiology program, where I immersed myself in the mechanics of movement, nutrition, and human performance. Now, I’m here to share that knowledge with you.
